Job Summary

To lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects by translating client requirements into actionable solutions, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery in line with agreed SLAs, budgets, and scope. The role drives customer satisfaction, process excellence, and continuous value creation for business units through disciplined project management and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

1.Lead end to end delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring adherence to agreed scope, timelines, budgets, SLAs, and quality standards.

1. Translate client and business requirements into actionable delivery plans and guide teams in developing and implementing solutions that meet expectations.

2. Serve as the primary interface with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and sustained customer satisfaction.

3. Implement and continuously refine project management processes, best practices, and methodologies to improve delivery efficiency and quality.

4. Monitor project progress through defined metrics, manage risks and dependencies, and provide timely, accurate status and performance reports.

5. Lead, motivate, and support cross functional delivery teams, ensuring clear accountability, effective collaboration, and timely completion of deliverables.

6. Manage escalations proactively, resolving delivery, performance, and stakeholder issues to minimise impact on project outcomes.

7. Support business growth by contributing to service expansion, solution discussions, and business development initiatives.
