Administrator - Wireless Networking

Job Summary

Works with customers along with appropriate internal and external resources (e.g. Cisco account teams, partners) on the strategy/deployment/optimization of Cisco services and solutions • Assists with task/project implementation for assigned customer engagements • Jointly creates and review project deliverables e.g. Design recommendations, High Level Design, Low Level Design, Implementation/Change Management Plans • Builds and/or leverage test environments as required to solve medium complex problems and compatibility issues • Understands how software skills and tools can be used to configure, deploy and/or troubleshoot Cisco products and solutions • Acts as an initial focal point for problem resolution for assigned customer engagements. Provides support for proper and quick resolution of customer problems across an appropriate range of technologies. Collaborates proactively with appropriate internal stakeholders to ensure optimal use of resources to meet customer needs • Typically interacts with individual contributors and managers; may interact with customers Typically requires BSc Computer Science or equivalent plus 5-8 years of \\r\\nrelevant work experience. Advanced degree strongly preferred.\\r\\no Cisco certifications (CCNP, CCIE etc.) would be highly desirable.

Skill Requirements

Knowledge on any industry SDWAN solution o Good Knowledge of Routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP o A good communications skill is a must. Must have a demonstrated ability to relate to customer representatives at various levels. o Must have good technical writing skills and have experience in writing test and implementation / Migration plans. o Skills and experience in working independently. o Strong interpersonal and teamwork needed

Other Requirements

Knowledge of basic network security concepts. o Knowledge of Cloud solutions like AWS, Azure or GCP o Cisco SDWAN certification
