Solution Architect – Hybrid Identity Role Purpose: Lead the design and delivery of enterprise hybrid identity and endpoint solutions, integrating Active Directory with Entra ID (Azure AD).

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities • Assess environment and define hybrid identity solution design • Lead implementation of AD, Entra ID, and endpoint configurations (GPO/device join) • Oversee testing, troubleshooting, and optimization • Ensure security, compliance, and operational readiness • Drive documentation, runbooks, and BAU handover • Engage stakeholders and support delivery governance

Skill Requirements

Required Skills • AD & Group Policy (GPO) design and troubleshooting • Entra ID (Azure AD) & Entra Connect (AAD Connect) • Endpoint/device management and hybrid join concepts • Troubleshooting across identity, endpoint, and network layers • Strong documentation and stakeholder management

Other Requirements

Experience • 8–12+ years in IT infrastructure, identity management, or end-user computing • Proven experience in designing and implementing hybrid identity and endpoint solutions in enterprise environments • Experience working in regulated environments (banking, financial services, etc.) is an advantage
