Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

To be responsible for managing technology in complex projects ,providing technical guidance and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Key Areas of Expertise and/or Experience:

• Application Architecture

Demonstrable understanding and knowledge of modern application architectures,

microservices, and containerized applications.

• Kubernetes

Demonstrable knowledge, understanding and skills of Kubernetes components,

resource management, and ecosystem tools.

• Cloud Technologies

Proficiency in cloud platforms (eg. AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud native applications.

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Implementation of IaC including tools (eg. Terraform, Ansible), design, and

approaches for provisioning and managing infrastructure.

• Software Development

Understanding of software development principles and collaboration with

development teams.

• Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines

Implementation, design and building of pipelines across different product/tools (eg.

Github, Bamboo, Teamcity)

Skill Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar functional role.
• Strong programming or scripting skills, with proficiency in languages such as Bash,

Python, Go, or Java.

• Extensive experience with Kubernetes orchestration, including cluster setup,

management, and troubleshooting.

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and cloud

platforms.

• Solid understanding of virtualization and networking concepts and principles.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Qualifications:

• Certification in Kubernetes (e.g., Certified Kubernetes Administrator
• CKA).
• Knowledge of security best practices in a cloud and Kubernetes environment.

Familiarity with ecosystems and microservices frameworks in different languages
