Job Summary

Role Overview:
A highly skilled communication professional responsible for translating technical roadmaps into executive-level communication. Requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in PowerPoint, and ability to simplify complex information for stakeholders.

Core Competencies: Strategic Communication Planning: Develop strategies aligned with program goals, anticipate communication needs, and tailor messaging for audiences.

Executive Communication: Create presentations for senior leadership, maintain professional presence, and communicate effectively with executives.

PowerPoint Expertise: Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, design engaging visuals, create charts/graphs, and ensure brand consistency.

Written Communication: Craft clear, concise, persuasive content; adapt writing style for different audiences.

Program Management Acumen: Understand methodologies, contribute to planning, and manage communication-related risks.

Change Management Communication: Develop and execute communication plans for organizational changes, address concerns, and support change initiatives.

Desirable Skills: Experience with visual tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).Knowledge of internal platforms (Share Point, intranet).Crisis communication experience.Familiarity with digital channels (email, social media, video).Certification in communication/public relations.

Ideal Candidate: Strong analytical and conceptual skills.Skilled in editing, proofreading, and creating impactful presentations.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a program team.

  1. To Effectively Identify Root Causes Of Ongoing Issues, Existing Processes And Procedures; And, Determine Quick Resolutions, Improvements And Enhancements For The Same In Assigned Tasks/Projects

  2. To Efficiently Implement The Best Resolutions And Enhancements To Improve Existing Processes And Procedures Within Projects/Organization

  3. To Create Precise And Detailed Analyses & Reports For Monitoring The Health Of The Business

  4. To Create Business Requirements For Enhancing Functionality Of Process Workflows To Improve Customer Experience And Satisfaction

  5. To Manage Client And Internal Business Relationships Within Various Assigned Projects To Ensure Smooth Progress And Improvements And Enhanced Functionality.
