Senior Support Engineer

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Forecast and follow up on material and track shipment of products.

• Work with Supplier and vendors on Materials, PO creation and follow up on shipment Delivery.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders when forecasting and planning materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in demand/Supply planning, supply, purchasing/sourcing, Shipping.

• Ability to efficiently work in a matrixed organization with a hazy scope and boundary conditions.

• Exposure to global stakeholders and managing time zones by balancing off-business hours with core delivery commitments. Track record of providing the required support to the team members.

• Manage stakeholders and deliveries in a globally dispersed team structure by balancing different time zones

• Hands-on day-to-day tactical implementation

Skill Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the supply chain, related product/technology, business administration or engineering field.

• 6+ years of broad and deep product/supply chain/business planning experience

• 4+ years of Supply chain management experience and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
