Job Summary

Service Now ITAM Developer : Offshore ( 1 Resource)\r\n• 7–10 years of Service Now experience, with a strong focus on ITAM and deep expertise in Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM).\r\n• Configure end-to-end asset lifecycle processes: Procure → Receive → Deploy → Maintain → Retire → Dispose\r\n• Implement and manage integrations with:\r\n• Nexthink (end-user/device insights)\r\n• Microsoft ecosystem (M365, SCCM, Intune)\r\n• Azure (subscriptions, VMs, cloud assets)\r\n• Other discovery and inventory sources as applicable\r\n• Strong understanding of software licensing models and compliance.\r\n• Experience with integrations using REST APIs and Service Now spokes.\r\n• Solid knowledge of CMDB, discovery, and data normalization.\r\n• Normalize, reconcile, and optimize asset and entitlement data.\r\n• Support license compliance, optimization, audits, and true-ups.\r\n• Configure workflows, automation, reports, dashboards, and controls.\r\n• Collaborate onsite with procurement, IT operations, security, and finance teams.\r\n• Support CMDB alignment and reconciliation with ITAM data.\r\n
