Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced L3 Network Deployment Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex network deployments with a strong focus on Switching, Routing, and Migration activities. This role demands deep technical expertise, hands-on experience, and the ability to lead and execute network transformation projects.

Job Description : Role Overview:\\r\\n We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced L3 Network Deployment Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex network deployments with a strong focus on Switching, Routing, and Migration activities. This role demands deep technical expertise, hands-on experience, and the ability to lead and execute network transformation projects.\\r\\n________________________________________\\r\\n Key Responsibilities:\\r\\n• Lead end-to-end network deployment projects including planning, configuration, testing, and implementation.\\r\\n• Design and implement Layer 2 and Layer 3 network solutions using industry best practices.\\r\\n• Perform network migrations with minimal downtime and disruption.\\r\\n• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues across switching and routing domains.\\r\\n• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network components.\\r\\n• Document network architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.\\r\\n• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.\\r\\n________________________________________\\r\\n Required Skillsets:\\r\\n• Switching: VLANs, STP, Ether Channel, Port Security, QoS.\\r\\n• Routing: OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, route redistribution, policy-based routing.\\r\\n• Migration: Experience in network cutovers, legacy-to-modern infrastructure transitions, and cloud/hybrid migrations.\\r\\n• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and ACLs.\\r\\n• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar enterprise-grade networking equipment.\\r\\n• Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., Solar Winds, Net Flow, SNMP).\\r\\n• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.\\r\\n________________________________________\\r\\n Qualifications:\\r\\n• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\\r\\n• Minimum 8+ years of experience in network engineering with a focus on deployment and migration.\\r\\n• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, JNCIP, or equivalent) are highly desirable
