Job Summary
Job Description – Key Responsibilities for Print service\r\n Administer and support enterprise print services across multi‑vendor environments (HP, Canon, Xerox, Ricoh).\r\n Configure, manage, and support Canon uniFLOW / uniFLOW Online for secure print, accounting, and workflows.\r\n Deploy and manage Printer Logic for serverless print queue and driver management.\r\n Manage OEM print management tools (e.g., HP Web Jetadmin, Canon iWEMC, Xerox Centre Ware, Ricoh Device Manager).\r\n Configure and maintain Windows print infrastructure (queues, drivers, ports, policies).\r\n Implement secure print release, follow‑me printing, and user authentication (AD / Azure AD).\r\n Monitor printer fleet health, consumables, usage, and availability using SNMP‑based tools.\r\n Support print‑related incidents and service requests (L2 / L3) in line with SLAs.\r\n Troubleshoot print, scan, and workflow issues across network, device, and application layers.\r\n Generate print usage, cost, and compliance reports through uniFLOW and OEM platforms.\r\n Support rollouts, migrations, and upgrades of print management solutions and devices.\r\n Coordinate with OEM vendors and managed service providers for escalations and maintenance.\r\n Enforce print security, audit, and cost‑control policies across the environment.\r\n Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and print service knowledge articles.\r\n Proactively optimize print services to reduce cost, improve reliability, and enhance user experience.\r\n
