Senior Consultant

Job Summary

To analyze requirements and implement solutions and framework in customer situations and contribute in capability development

 Experience in polymer material suitable for medical device packaging and able to provide solutions on packaging material qualification.
 Knowledge on Various types of sterilization on medical devices.
 Adept with the medical device packaging regulations and standards like ISO 11607, ISO 15223, ISO 16775, ISO 15278 etc.
 Exposure to packaging related testing and its standards.
 Able to provide innovative solutions and add value to the current scenarios.
 Very good knowledge in handling packaging design, development, project management activities
 Sustainability in packaging.
 Knowledge in engineering basics and hands-on with computing skills (design calculations & statistical analysis techniques).
 Excellent communication, Interpersonal skills & ability to work independently and collaboratively on project teams.
 Ability to create 3D models, 2D drawings and packaging structural drawings.
 Ability to manage multiple assignments on tight deadlines and work independently.
 Strong project management & leadership skills.
 Self-Motivated Team Player with good organizational skills and attention to detail.
 Able to analyze cost of packaging materials, provide innovative cost effective and value-added solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. To develop and deliver detailed solutions through consulting project activities

2. To perform qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client-specific solutions - 3. To work with the team in implementing the solutions

3. To develop good practice and Serve as a subject matter expert

4. To design and structure reports and presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience - 6. To develop knowledge base by staying updated on industry best practices ,emerging trends and creating re-usable components.
