Engineer (Support & Operations)

Job Summary

Manage and monitor daily backup jobs, restores, and SLA policies in Rubrik.
Troubleshoot backup failures, performance issues, and coordinate with Rubrik Support when needed.
Maintain and administer Rubrik clusters, nodes, storage capacity, upgrades, and patches.
Integrate Rubrik with VMware, Windows/Linux servers, databases, and cloud platforms.
Ensure data protection compliance, maintain documentation, and support disaster recovery operations.1. Manage and monitor daily backup jobs, restores, and SLA policies in Rubrik.

1. To develop the codes for the project as per work assignation.

2. To maintain the existing project and resolving the issues occurring in the existing project.

3. To work upon the new requests raised by the client and develop those features.

4. Documentation work.
