About the role

Job Summary

Service Delivery Specialists objective is to provide excellent customer service to a specific set of complex tier accounts by tending and anticipating customer's fleet needs, increasing SLA productivity, improving/creating, customer reporting, analyzing data, and tracking assets. The main purpose is to provide information to enable the account team to identify opportunities that will drive cost savings and ultimately retain clients for life. They are also responsible for providing overall support to SDM's and undertake various specialized tasks such supply ordering, break fix scheduling, system fleet additions, moves and removals and fleet reconciliations. The account aligned business support specialist is responsible for understanding firm policies, procedures, and business priorities that will allow them to support business objectives and change initiatives. Ultimately the Account Aligned Service Delivery Specialists are to be considered the Subject Matter Experts on there respective accounts & its performance related processes, system management, reporting and technology capabilities for internal and external customers. Strong time management skills are essential for excelling in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  3. Foster A Culture Of High Achievement By Inspiring Team Members To Meet Or Exceed Execution Parameters Defined For Service Delivery Processes.

  4. Respond Promptly To Issues And Problems, Collaborating With Sales And Delivery Partners To Meet Reporting Requirements In Sales And Delivery Operations.

  5. Understand And Communicate Service Offerings Relevant To Accounts, Ensuring Clarity And Alignment In Service Delivery.

  6. Collaborate With External Service Partners And Consumable Suppliers To Ensure Successful Client Deliverables And Resolve Any Delivery Process Issues.

  7. Provide Support For Contract Change Management, Ensuring Compliance With Firm Policies And Procedures.

Skill Requirements

  1. Proficient In Itil Principles And Best Practices Related To Service Delivery And Management.

  2. Strong Analytical Skills For Data Analysis And Reporting.

  3. Excellent Communication Skills For Effective Interaction With Clients And Team Members.

  4. Solid Understanding Of Financial And Budgeting Management To Support Operational Efficiency.

Other Requirements

  1. Itil Foundation Certification (Optional But Valuable).

  2. Certification In Project Management (Optional But Valuable)
