Job Summary

• User Administration: Complete end-to-end user administration.

• Manually, User Master Reconciliation, Transporting Authorization Objects etc

• Security experience on Roles design and set up, User administration

• Role administration, Troubleshooting Missing authorizations, SAP Security audit & reports. and SU24 changes to Authorization Objects, Creating Authorization Groups,

Analysis of Critical Authorization Tables, Analyzing Missing Authorizations, and

• User License Administration

• Very Good support Experience in SAP GRC Access Control 10.1, GRC 12 which includes ARA, EAM, ARM & BRM.

• Performing simulation process in ARA to analyze the risks & conflicts at role level and user level.

• Performing risk analysis in GRC 10.0 and GRC 10.1 while assignment of roles to the users and assignment of transactions to roles.

• Mitigating users with the respective control ids to align the risk analysis.

• Configuration EAM firefighter roles, Firefighter IDs, Owners and Controllers

• Assigned FFID's to Fire Fighters, Owners, Controllers & SPM access.

• Firefighter log reports monthly based & Transactional log-based reports.

Key Responsibilities

1. To analyze |define and design technical solution for ERP product’s enhancement and work towards continuous improvement during product implementation and production support stages.

2. To coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs and act as a primary point of contact for addressing complex technical issues.

3. To collaborate and interact with the client and other cross functional teams for gaining understanding of the requirements so as to deliver seamless technical solutions.

4. To anchor team meetings ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and coordination within the technical consultant team and the clients.

5. To mentor and train junior consultants, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
