About the role
Job Summary
Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, Share Point Online, One Drive).\r\n Manage user identities, groups, roles, and licenses using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).\r\n Provide L2/L3 support for M365 incidents and service requests.\r\n Monitor M365 service health, availability, and performance.\r\n Troubleshoot and resolve messaging, collaboration, and identity issues.\r\n Implement and support security controls (MFA, Conditional Access, DLP).\r\n Manage email, collaboration, and document access configurations.\r\n Support onboarding, offboarding, and user lifecycle activities.\r\n Assist with M365 migrations, upgrades, and feature rollouts.\r\n Automate routine tasks using PowerShell where applicable.\r\n Work with Microsoft Support and third‑party vendors for issue resolution.\r\n Ensure adherence to SLAs, ITSM processes, and service governance.\r\n Maintain service documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.\r\n Support compliance requirements including retention and basic e Discovery.\r\n Proactively recommend improvements and best practices for M365 services.
