To work as Project lead Proficient in English (This might change as per the request email) can "translate" or map information between SAP's technical experts and customer management Is very self-confident and empathetic (for both customer's needs and internal colleagues) Is resistant against stress and pressure, extremely well organized and is able to manage his/her time efficiently Has a deep understanding of private cloud environment and technologies / parties involved (e.g. hyperscalers, infrastructure, SAP components)

Key Responsibilities

Mandatory Requirement - • Strong technical background - migration/upgrade • Orchestration / Project management background / customer facing experience aking over the responsibility for the customer onboarding/migration for Greenfield and Brownfield customers Managing the implementation of disaster recovery. Managing planning of complex projects during the customer lifecycle Providing escalation management during planned project activities Acting as a customer ambassador for various technical teams Directing and coordinating contracted release activities with other teams and the customer with responsibility for successful deployment of all releases and patches to the live, production environment, helping to ensure that agreed entry/exit criteria and process checkpoints (“gates”) are completed before introduction Supporting and managing the onboarding coordination of activities related to PCE customers and steering the GSSP and ECD organizations Supporting successful Business Go Live Managing the Sales to Delivery handover from sales team and ensuring completeness of customer requirements and technical prerequisites with the support of the CDM, TSM, CAS, DR and Internal Delivery. Managing the Network connectivity establishment between customer and HEC Driving the handover of customer build requirements to the Build Factory and overseeing the system builds. Coordinating migration cutovers and go-live activities with customer, SAP Consulting Services –migration teams, and ECS Internal Teams (Brownfield projects) Organizing/participating on regular meetings with customer/consulting/migration teams. Establishing regular weekly project sync meetings with customer during build phase Delivering project planning and coordinating of SAP ECS build activities Providing escalation Management of Build topics during delivery phase Providing weekly meeting Minutes-Captured notes from previous meetings/call, reviewing current topics and new topics.
