About the role

Job Summary

The Vulnerability Management Administrator plays a critical role in supporting and optimizing vulnerability management processes within the organization. This position is responsible for independently resolving support tickets, providing on-call assistance, and conducting root cause analyses to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with quality standards..

Key Responsibilities

  1. Analyze And Resolve Support Tickets Related To Vulnerability Management By Utilizing Relevant Tools And Methodologies, Ensuring Adherence To Company Policies And Regulatory Requirements.
  2. Provide On-Call Support For Escalated Issues, Conducting Thorough Root Cause Analyses To Identify Underlying Problems And Implement Effective Solutions.
  3. Develop And Maintain A Knowledge Base By Updating Documentation And Resources, Contributing To Knowledge Sharing And Training Initiatives For New Team Members And Analysts.
  4. Independently Manage And Resolve Tickets Within The Agreed Service Level Agreements (Sla), Focusing On Efficiency And Accuracy In Addressing Customer Needs.
  5. Enhance Customer Experience By Achieving High First Call Resolution Rates And Minimizing Rejected Resolutions And Reopened Cases, Directly Contributing To Customer Satisfaction (Csat) Metrics..
