Job Summary
The Vulnerability Management Administrator plays a critical role in supporting and optimizing vulnerability management processes within the organization. This position is responsible for independently resolving support tickets, providing on-call assistance, and conducting root cause analyses to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with quality standards..
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze And Resolve Support Tickets Related To Vulnerability Management By Utilizing Relevant Tools And Methodologies, Ensuring Adherence To Company Policies And Regulatory Requirements.
- Provide On-Call Support For Escalated Issues, Conducting Thorough Root Cause Analyses To Identify Underlying Problems And Implement Effective Solutions.
- Develop And Maintain A Knowledge Base By Updating Documentation And Resources, Contributing To Knowledge Sharing And Training Initiatives For New Team Members And Analysts.
- Independently Manage And Resolve Tickets Within The Agreed Service Level Agreements (Sla), Focusing On Efficiency And Accuracy In Addressing Customer Needs.
- Enhance Customer Experience By Achieving High First Call Resolution Rates And Minimizing Rejected Resolutions And Reopened Cases, Directly Contributing To Customer Satisfaction (Csat) Metrics..
