Informatica Senior MDM Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Informatica Multidomain MDM Administrator to manage and support Informatica MDM solutions using multidomain MDM on Prem and Cloud, and related environments. This role involves proactive monitoring, solution deployment, technical leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of MDM systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Informatica MDM solutions (Customer360, Supplier360, etc.) to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability.

• Proactively monitor environments for stability and performance, deploy and test solutions per customer schedules.

• Support enhancements, upgrades, and technical changes; document requirements and service requests.

• Provide technical leadership, guide projects using Informatica Velocity Methodology, and handle critical escalations.

• Author knowledge base articles, act as a technical SME, and provide regular project status reports.

• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, optimize system performance, and ensure data quality.

• Support data governance and data quality initiatives, including developing policies and standards for master data.

• Monitor and manage data integration, cleansing, and migration projects for smooth data flow.

• Provide training and support to end-users and data stewards on MDM tools and processes.

Administrative Duties

• Administer installation, configuration, and upgrades of Informatica MDM platforms.

• Manage user accounts, roles, and access privileges for MDM applications.

• Oversee backup, recovery, and security procedures for master data.

• Facilitate testing, documentation, and operational support for MDM solutions.

• Handle environment refreshes, code deployments, and backups/recovery.

Skill Requirements

• Expert-level skills in Informatica MDM, including architecture, ActiveVOS BPM design, and integration (batch & real-time).

• Experience with data modeling for multiple domains (Manufacturing, etc.) and driving MDM workshops, demos, and estimations.

• Installation, upgrade, and configuration of Informatica MDM 10.x features.

• Business Entity Services (BES) and Entity 360 Model configuration via Provisioning Tool.

• Workflow management through Active VOS, hub configuration (Match Rules, Survivorship, Validation, Cleanse Rules, Mapping, MQ, Base Object, Landing Table).

• Performance tuning, Match Rule tuning, E360 configuration, hub user exits, and external calls.

• Knowledge of MDM integration with IDQ, IICS application services, Data fabric, SAP S4 and ECC, Cloud database, Power Apps, D&B and experience with C360 SaaS.

• Strong database skills in Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Sybase, or Teradata.

• Hands-on experience with Windows, Unix, and Linux scripting.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with cloud-based MDM deployments (AWS, Azure).

• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and data stewardship processes.
