About the role

Job Summary

The Active Directory Administrator plays a crucial role in managing and supporting on-premise Active Directory environments. This position involves independent ticket resolution, providing on-call support, and conducting root cause analyses to enhance user satisfaction and operational efficiency. The administrator is pivotal in maintaining high-quality service delivery and ensuring adherence to organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide Expert Support For On-Premise Active Directory Issues By Independently Resolving Tickets And Ensuring Adherence To Quality Standards And Company Policies.

  2. Manage On-Call Escalations Effectively, Conducting Root Cause Analysis For Recurring Issues To Minimize Disruptions And Enhance Service Reliability.

  3. Contribute To Knowledge Management By Updating The Knowledge Base And Training New Team Members, Ensuring The Continuous Development Of Support Analysts.

  4. Ensure Timely Resolution Of Support Tickets Within Agreed Sla Parameters, Maintaining High Standards Of Service Delivery.

  5. Foster Positive Customer Experiences And High Csat Scores Through First Call Resolution Practices And Minimizing The Number Of Reopened Cases.

Skill Requirements

  1. In-Depth Knowledge Of On-Premise Active Directory Administration, Including User Management, Group Policies, And Security Protocols.

  2. Strong Analytical Skills For Conducting Root Cause Analysis And Troubleshooting Complex Issues.

  3. Proficiency In Implementing Quality Standards And Regulatory Compliance Measures Within It Support Operations.

  4. Excellent Communication And Coaching Skills To Facilitate Training And Knowledge Sharing Among Team Members.

Other Requirements

  1. Itil Foundation Certification (Optional But Valuable).

  2. Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (Optional But Valuable)
