Technical Architect

Job Summary

Must Have:

• Deep understanding of SAP Success Factors Employee Central architecture and data models.

• Proficiency in configuring Foundation Objects, Business Rules, and Workflows.

• Familiarity with EC integrations (e.g., with Payroll, Time, Recruiting).

• Good knowledge in using Business AI solutions.

• Knowledge of SAP Success Factors EC Payroll, Reporting, EC Time, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, ESM, Workzone, Opentext, is desirable.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Common skills / attributes for both positions:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with HR to define system needs through workshops and interviews.

• Testing & QA: Design and execute test plans; resolve configuration issues.

• Training & Documentation: Develop user guides, deliver training, and maintain process documentation.

• Post-Go-Live Support: Provide hypercare, resolve issues, and optimize system performance.

• Compliance & Governance: Ensure data privacy, regulatory compliance, and maintain audit readiness

• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as a high degree of teamwork, commitment and customer orientation.
