Job Summary
Must Have:

Deep understanding of SAP Success Factors Employee Central architecture and data models.

Proficiency in configuring Foundation Objects, Business Rules, and Workflows.

Familiarity with EC integrations (e.g., with Payroll, Time, Recruiting).

Good knowledge in using Business AI solutions.
-
Knowledge of SAP Success Factors EC Payroll, Reporting, EC Time, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, ESM, Workzone, Opentext, is desirable.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with HR to define system needs through workshops and interviews.

Testing & QA: Design and execute test plans; resolve configuration issues.

Training & Documentation: Develop user guides, deliver training, and maintain process documentation.

Post-Go-Live Support: Provide hypercare, resolve issues, and optimize system performance.

Compliance & Governance: Ensure data privacy, regulatory compliance, and maintain audit readiness

Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as a high degree of teamwork, commitment and customer orientation.
