Job Summary

Mobile Device Management:

Key Responsibilities

Mobile device management (Air Watch /JAMF) JD\r\n Relevant Experience – 1- 3 years\r\n Key Responsibilities:\r\n• Platform Administration: \r\n Deploying, configuring, and maintaining Air Watch (for Android) and JAMF (for Apple devices) to manage corporate mobile devices. \r\n• Device Enrollment & Configuration: \r\n Enrolling macOS devices into the Air Watch/Workspace ONE UEM environment and configuring device-level restrictions, Wi-Fi, and VPN settings using profiles. \r\n Integrate with Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Android Enterprise to automate device enrollment, streamlining the process for new devices. \r\n• Policy & Configuration: \r\n Defining and enforcing security policies, including device encryption, password complexity, secure connectivity, and app restrictions. \r\n• User & Device Enrollment: \r\n Building and managing secure device enrollment processes, both bulk and self-service. \r\n• App Management: \r\n Overseeing app deployments and managing corporate apps on managed devices. Distributing, monitoring, and updating both in-house and third-party applications and web clips on macOS devices, including managing VPP licenses\r\n• Technical Support: \r\n Providing Tier 2/3 technical support for mobile device and MDM platform issues and escalations. \r\n• Compliance & Security: \r\n Ensuring devices and applications comply with corporate security standards and policies. \r\n• Performance & Monitoring: \r\n Monitoring platform performance and system health to ensure optimal operation. \r\n• Integration: \r\n Integrating the MDM platform with other IT systems, such as (Azure AD) for access controls. \r\n• Documentation & Training: \r\n Creating technical documentation and providing training for IT staff and end users. \r\n Required Skills & Experience:\r\n• MDM Expertise: \r\n Required excellent skill in Air Watch and/or JAMF administration and configuration. \r\n• Technical Skills: \r\n Strong understanding of mobile device management principles, security, and compliance. \r\n• Troubleshooting: \r\n Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. \r\n• Communication: \r\n Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with IT and end-users. \r\n• Platform Knowledge: \r\n Specific knowledge of Android Enterprise for Air Watch and native Apple features for JAMF.
