Job Summary

We are hiring a Lead AI/ML Developer – GenAI & Agentic AI to design and deliver** enterprise-scale AI solutions**, including LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, and autonomous AI agents.
The role requires strong expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and agentic frameworks such as Lang Chain, Lang Graph, and MCP, with a focus on building context-aware, tool-integrated, and multi-step intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases

• Build LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, and AI copilots

• Develop Agentic AI systems including autonomous and multi-agent workflows

• Implement Lang Chain-based pipelines for LLM orchestration and tool integration

• Use Lang Graph for stateful, multi-step reasoning workflows

• Design context-aware systems using MCP or similar orchestration frameworks

• Develop embedding pipelines and integrate vector databases

• Deploy models and AI systems using MLOps / LLMOps practices

• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise APIs, tools, and data platforms

• Optimize models and workflows for performance, scalability, and accuracy

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions

• Mentor teams and drive AI engineering best practices and reusable frame

Skill Requirements

• Strong programming expertise in Python with solid engineering fundamentals

• Hands-on experience in ML/DL (Py Torch, Tensor Flow, Scikit-learn)

• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering

• Experience building RAG architectures and semantic retrieval systems

• Expertise in Lang Chain for LLM pipelines and integrations

• Hands-on with Lang Graph for agent workflows and orchestration

• Familiarity with MCP or similar tool/context orchestration frameworks

• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and similarity search

• Working knowledge of Azure AI / AWS / GCP platforms

• Experience in MLOps tools (MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)

• Strong understanding of API integration and microservices architecture

• Ability to design scalable agent-based and enterprise AI systems
