Ongoing management of Organization’s global Network and lead network management to provide 24x7 support.

Provide tier-3 (expert level) operational support to resolve critical business issues and suggest design modifications.

10+ years of relevant work experience in a Network / Telecommunications role, with experience with MPLS, SIP, IP, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, WLAN technologies.

Experience in administering and supporting enterprise level Wireless environments including
Cisco Wireless Controllers and Access Points Cisco ISE or other authentication platforms Cisco Prime Aruba Wireless Controllers and Access Points Arista/Mojo Wireless Controllers and Access Points. -
Deep experience of networking technologies to generate metrics related to Network performance, capacity, availability, failure rates.

Service delivery and strategic operations planning with a strong technical orientation & creative in problem solving.

Performance analysis, proactive troubleshooting, monitoring, maintenance and capacity planning for the Network platforms and change control with documentation.

Monitor and analyze statistical data to develop improvement plans for network and application performance and future growth validation

Management of service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors and service providers.

Certifications is a plus (CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, CCDP, CCIE). Minimum certification required is CCNA
This role is responsible for managing the organization’s global network, providing 24x7 support and delivering tier‑3 expertise to resolve critical issues and recommend design improvements. It requires10+ years of experience across enterprise networking technologies, including MPLS, SD‑WAN, wireless platforms (Cisco, Aruba, Arista/Mojo), along with performance monitoring, capacity planning, and proactive troubleshooting. The position also involves service delivery ownership, data‑driven network optimization, vendor and SLA management, and relevant certifications, with CCNA as the minimum requirement.
