Job Summary
3-4 Years in IT support role. Proficient in OS installation, Software installation/troubleshoot, Hardware Support on laptops and workstations, basics of server management (VM creation ESXI, IDRAC, RAID configuration, file server setup, etc.), Basics of network architecture
Key Responsibilities

To troubleshoot and resolve tickets raised by the clients.

To undertake training programs for new joinees

To perform knowledge transition during project enhancements

To document all the defined processes and the methods of resolving the ticket| troubleshooting| etc.
