Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies using advanced sourcing platforms and recruitment analytics to meet organizational hiring goals.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes by utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and digital assessment tools to ensure efficient candidate selection and onboarding.

Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive networking and engagement on professional platforms such as LinkedIn and industry-specific job boards.

Enhance employer branding initiatives by collaborating with marketing tools and social media channels to attract high-quality candidates.

Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports using HR analytics tools to inform strategic workforce planning and process improvements.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies by applying HRIS and regulatory tracking systems throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
