Key Responsibilities

Assist in candidate sourcing using applicant tracking systems and online job portals, ensuring accurate data entry and profile management.

Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics using recruitment management tools, supporting timely communication between candidates and interview panels.

Maintain recruitment documentation and update candidate status in HR databases, ensuring compliance with internal processes.

Participate in team discussions to understand hiring requirements and relay candidate information to relevant stakeholders.
