We are seeking a skilled Service Now Developer with expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to design, develop, and implement solutions on the Service Now platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR and IT teams to deliver high-quality, scalable applications that enhance employee experience.

• Design and develop Service Now solutions with a focus on HRSD modules (Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Center).

• Customize and configure Service Portal, Widgets, UI Pages, and Catalog Items.

• Develop and maintain Client Scripts, Server Scripts, Business Rules, and Flow Designer workflows.

• Implement Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs for HR integrations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and best practices.

• Support platform upgrades and troubleshoot HRSD-related issues.

Skill Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of Service Now Administration / Development experience.

• Strong knowledge of HRSD applications and related processes.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and Service Now scripting.

• Experience with Scoped Applications, ACLs, and Data Model.

• Familiarity with Service Portal and Employee Center.

• Understanding of HR workflows and lifecycle events.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Other Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD).

• Service Now HRSD Implementation Specialist certification.

• Experience with Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and Performance Analytics.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
