Salesforce Apex Senior Developer

Job Summary

The Senior Developer specializing in Salesforce Apex development will be responsible for the development, customization, and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. They will play a key role in creating and maintaining a high-quality code base, ensuring optimal performance of the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, test, and deploy salesforce apex code and custom applications to enhance business processes.

2. Collaborate within teams to gather and understand requirements for salesforce solutions.

3. Customize salesforce configurations including workflows, process builder, and visual flows.

4. Integrate salesforce with external systems using apis and web services.

5. Stay updated with salesforce platform updates, best practices, and industry trends.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in salesforce apex, visualforce, and sfdc admin

2. Strong understanding of salesforce platform features including sales cloud and service cloud.

3. Experience with salesforce configuration, custom development, and integration.

4. Knowledge of web technologies such as html, css, javascript, and restful apis.

5. Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.

6. Salesforce certifications such as salesforce certified platform developer i and ii are preferred.

Other Requirements

Salesforce APEX Sr Developer / Sr Lead Location – Any where in India

• Should have at least 3 plus years of Salesforce Development Experience with exposure to APEX / Visual force Customization / Lightning Components and Customization

• Communities cloud development experience is mandatory to have.

• Integration experience with Mulesoft or other downstream applications like SAP, Oracle etc.

• Team working experience

• Should have worked on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud

• Requirement Analysis and Salesforce Solution Recommendations

• Design Validation and Identification of gaps

• Implementation and Configuration

• Follow Coding Standards and Best Practices

• Excellent Troubleshooting, Analytical and Debugging skills in Salesforce

• Implementation and Configuration for Interfaces/Integrations

• Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications via real-time, batch and sync/async

• Data Migration using Data Loader

• Deployment to Different Environments including Production using Best Practices

• Seek out ways to utilize Salesforce to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations

• Collaborating with the Salesforce Administrator to validate business requirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits),

• Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce, (based on specific requirements) to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements,

• Custom User Interface development, including Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components and Lightning Web Components,

• Integrations: Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization,

• Best Practices: Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development,

• Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code,

• Collaborating with IT / Developers for other systems in order to integrate across the business,

• Supporting the Salesforce Administrator.
