About the role
Job Summary
Own end-to-end Service Now solution architecture across all modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, etc.)
Define enterprise-wide architecture strategy aligned with business and IT objectives
Lead solution design, architecture governance, and platform roadmap
Drive multi-module integration architecture across HR, IT, Finance, and enterprise systems
Engage with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions
Define data architecture, CMDB/CSDM strategy, and service modeling
Architect integration frameworks using APIs, Integration Hub, middleware systems
Ensure adherence to Service Now best practices, security, and compliance standards
Provide technical and functional leadership across multiple streams and teams
Oversee implementation delivery, design validations, and architectural reviews
Drive platform standardization, reuse, and optimization across modules
Enable AI/Automation adoption (Now Assist, Virtual Agent, analytics capabilities)
