Spring Boot Technical Lead - Hibernate

Job Summary

Required Skills:

• 4 to 6 years of strong experience in JAVA and J2EE technologies with Cloud based
  environment.
• Expert knowledge in JPA, Hibernate, JDBC, SQL, Spring, JUnit and JSON, REST/JSON
  web services.
• Strong knowledge in Java Design Patterns.
• Development and implementation of features in any Cloud platform products and
  technologies.
• Experience developing applications with Agile team methodologies preferred.
• Strong Object-Oriented design skills and understanding of MVC.
• Sufficient experience with Git to organize a large software project with multiple
  developers to include branching, tagging and merging.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in Azure cloud (PaaS) with Java is a plus.
• Strong business application design skills.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Strong debugging skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In Spring Boot Development, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Team.

2. Develop And Enhance Web Applications Using Spring Boot And Hibernate, Ensuring Efficient Integration With Existing Systems And Optimizing Performance.

3. Mentor And Support Team Members In Their Technical Growth By Facilitating Knowledge-Sharing Sessions And Providing Constructive Feedback On Spring Boot And Java Development Techniques.

4. Ensure Compliance With Development Processes In The Assigned Module By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Technical Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, And Assessing Risks.

5. Prepare And Submit Status Reports To Stakeholders, Minimizing Exposure And Risks On The Project And Addressing Escalation Closures Effectively.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Spring Boot And Its Ecosystem, Including Hibernate And Java.

2. In-Depth Knowledge Of Software Development Processes And Methodologies.

3. Solid Proficiency In Designing And Implementing Restful Apis Using Spring Boot.

4. Familiarity With Database Management And Orm Frameworks, Particularly With Hibernate.

5. Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Effective Team Collaboration.
