"Key Responsibilities are:

• Implement, integrate and maintain complex, end to end solutions across platforms and technologies
• Ensure solutions meet performance, reliability, security, and SLA requirements
• Estimate effort, support bid activities, and collaborate with project managers on cost and delivery
• Perform software analysis, code reviews and testing as needed
• Add features to existing application modules
• Investigate/debug technical problems that arise during SDLC
• Support users and peers by writing and maintaining comprehensive and complete documentation
• Contribute to knowledge tools and communities, ensure project learnings are documented and shared
• Communicate and collaborate efficiently across teams (R&D, delivery, business, customer) to deliver on business commitments
• Present new features/designs/ideas to the customers"

Key Responsibilities

1. To bridge the gap between client needs and business goals by gathering requirements, crafting innovative solutions with deep domain/technology expertise, and driving successful implementations that propel strategic initiatives.

To spearhead the architecture, design, and development (through a high-performing team) of innovative solutions for product/project & sustenance delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

1. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements

2. To review architecture and design deliverables and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices ,architectural standards simultaneously establish and enforce governance /compliance measures.

3. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated

Skill Requirements

"Must have:

• 7 years+ of software development / telco solutions experience
• Good understanding of architectural design principles, software design concepts
• Expertise in software development: Java and Java EE, XML-based Web service protocols and RESTful web services
• Experience with Rest API development
• Strong relational and/or non-relational databases
• Strong experience with Linux and shell scripting
• Standard RHEL & Virtualization / OCP / KVM
• Understanding of different IP Networking protocols, OSI model
• Openness to learn and capacity to quickly adapt"
  "Nice to have:
• Knowledge of Telecom Networks
• Previous AI exposure
• Experience on signaling protocols such as SS7, Diameter and CAMEL
• Experience of working with core network devices like MSS/HLR/Gateways
• Telecom network interface (OCS) Gx, Gy, Sy; HSS (S6a), INAP, CAP, MAP, SIP
• Hands on experience with Docker/Podman/Kubernetes"
