Job Summary

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams

• Good understanding of cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)

• Basic knowledge of AI/GenAI concepts and enterprise AI adoption trends

• Solid foundation in infrastructure (Compute, Storage, Networking)

• Exposure to Data centre technologies and architecture

• Background in presales, solutioning, or sales support is highly preferred

• Ability to engage with customers and translate business requirements into technical & Business solutions

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive discussions and support GTM initiatives

Key Responsibilities

1. To Gather Insights On Prevailing Industry Developments And Analyze Competitor Strategies And Specific Account Details To Inform Business Decisions.

2. To Work With Marketing Team To Develop And Collateralize Documents And Ensure Those Value Proposition Are Readily Available To Teams.

3. To Collaborate With Various Internal Teams To Assemble And Create Content For Marketing Materials Such As White Papers And Case Studies That Effectively Convey Hcltech'S Value Proposition.

4. To Collaborate With Sales Team (Hunting & Farming) On Key Focus Areas & Customer Profiles.
