Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead/Manager to drive user adoption and business readiness for ERP transformation programs. The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, communication, training planning and execution, and ensuring smooth adoption of Oracle Cloud, SAP, or similar SaaS-based business applications. The candidate will act as a bridge between business users and technical delivery teams, minimizing business disruption and maximizing the value realization of the ERP implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities includes stakeholder alignment, User adoption, planning & execution of business user trainings
Focused on business users adoption activities of the implementation by minimizing the disruption to the business.
Play the role of a bridge between the business user community and technical delivery teams

Skill requirements

5 to 10 years of experience as change lead/manager in ERP transformation projects like Oracle Cloud, SAP, etc
Experience in oracle fusion cloud Finance and SCM is a plus
Strong understanding of the applications on SaaS and its advantages and limitations
Good knowledge on the business aspects of the organization ( especially FIN and SCM)
Ability to understand and articulate the differences between the old and new applications
Exceptional communication skills with ability to address large group of audience and influence the decision
