Technical Manager

Job Summary

To design and manage delivery of product / project and sustenance as per defined scope and standards in a particular technology.

Key Responsibilities

1. To manage the customer delivery / expectations and the technical team.
2. To design and develop solution for product / project and sustenance delivery.
3. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
4. To guide and mentor a team of developers for successful delivery of project.
5. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.

• Translate requirements into technical tasks for development teams.
• Guide frontend and backend developers on coding standards and solution design.
• Support QA in functional, performance, and stress testing across environments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement timely fixes.
• Document system logic, workflows, and design decisions.
