This role manages the full project lifecycle —from scoping, planning, and vendor coordination to configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and stabilization —with a strong focus on enterprise systems and shopfloor/OT integration (e.g., SCADA, machine connectivity, and manufacturing systems). The PM is responsible for ensuring quality execution, secure and scalable system design, clear communication, and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Delivery Management • Lead full lifecycle software and industrial system implementation projects, including requirements confirmation, solution design validation, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, scope, and deliverables based on business and operational needs, including phased rollout for machine connectivity.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure alignment to schedule, budget, and operational constraints. 2. Software & Industrial System Implementation Leadership • Manage implementation of enterprise and industrial systems such as ERP modules, MES, SCADA, workflow automation, CRM, analytics platforms, and custom manufacturing solutions.
  • Oversee SCADA and OT system implementation, including:
  • OT servers and workstations setup • High availability design • System integration and interfaces • Access control and cybersecurity compliance • Ensure alignment between IT systems and shopfloor operations through effective system architecture and integration planning.
  • Ensure technical and functional requirements are translated accurately into scalable and secure system solutions. 3. Machine Connectivity & Data Integration • Drive machine data connectivity initiatives, ensuring integration between shopfloor equipment and enterprise platforms.
  • Define and manage phased implementation approach for machine onboarding and data availability.
  • Coordinate integration design covering APIs, data flows, interfaces, and interoperability across IT and OT systems.
  • Support initiatives related to industrial data capture, monitoring, and analytics readiness 4. Cross-Functional Coordination • Collaborate with Business stakeholders, Manufacturing/Operations teams, IT, Data, QA, Infrastructure, and external partners.

  • Align resource planning across business, IT, data, and operational teams.
  • Support planning and prioritization for phased machine connectivity and industrial system rollout. 9. Solution Exploration & Continuous Improvement • Explore and evaluate solution options for manufacturing systems, such as plating master data and parameter management (PPT systems or equivalent).
  • Recommend scalable and future-ready architecture aligned with business and operational goals.

Skill Requirements

  • 7–12+ years of project management experience with strong focus on software implementation and industrial/OT system integration.
  • Proven delivery of enterprise and manufacturing systems (ERP, MES, SCADA, CRM, WMS, BI/analytics, automation, or custom applications).
  • Strong understanding of:
  • SDLC, Agile or hybrid delivery models •System integration concepts (APIs, interfaces, data flows) •Testing processes and release management •IT/OT integration and industrial environments (preferred) •Familiarity with SCADA systems, machine connectivity, or shopfloor digitalization initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity, access control, and high availability concepts in enterprise and OT environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and vendor coordination skills.
  • Ability to bridge business, IT, and operations (manufacturing) requirements effectively.

Other Requirements

  • Success Indicators •On-time, on-budget delivery of software and industrial system solutions.
