Job Summary

Experience in Microsoft Active Directory Services (DNS, WINS, DHCP, FRS, and DFS) and enterprise management Experience in Windows 2000/2003/2008 Server domain design and implementation. Expert in Trouble shooting of Windows 2003, 2008 & 2012 issues.

Expert in ITIL Process:

Expert knowledge of VMware technologies (v Center and v Sphere). Recommended version 6.x Experience and working knowledge of Citrix Xen App and VDI Proficient in TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, WINS technology, VLAN, Port Group. Experience in troubleshooting skill in VMware environment. Managing Windows 2003/2008/2012 mix mode environment. An understanding of performance, backup, security issues, and registry settings. Follow strict change management procedures
