Senior Support Lead - Accounting and Reporting

Job Summary

This role is responsible for generating and maintaining accurate reports using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau, supporting day-to-day accounting and reporting operations. The individual contributes to real-time management of reporting tasks, ensures compliance with established processes, and assists in continuous improvement initiatives within the team. They help maintain a collaborative team environment and support high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate and update accounting and reporting outputs using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to support real-time management and business analytics needs.

2. Apply accounting and reporting principles to compile, validate, and present data-driven insights with BI tools, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

3. Support the team in adhering to reporting process guidelines by maintaining documentation and tracking compliance using MS Office and analytics platforms.

4. Assist in implementing continuous improvement strategies through the preparation of performance dashboards and analytics in Power BI or Tableau.

5. Participate in team discussions to address operational issues, share feedback, and contribute to maintaining a motivated and engaged team environment.

Skill Requirements

1. Good Understanding Of Accounting And Reporting Processes With Practical Application In Real Time Management And Analytics.

2. Experience With Microsoft Excel And Other Ms Office Tools For Data Management And Report Building.

3. Strong Understanding Of Bi Tools Such As Power Bi And Tableau For Report Development And Visualization.

4. Familiarity With Process Documentation, Compliance Tracking, And Basic Analytics Concepts.

5. Ability To Participate Actively In Team Discussions And Provide Constructive Feedback.

1. Optional but valuable: Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI), Tableau Desktop Specialist.
