Job Summary

One Trust Data Security tool, Manual Testing, Data Security Concepts- Work experience in areas of global privacy regulations, ISO 27001, NIST CSF and other industry leading standards. Benchmarking of privacy standards and regulations for formulation of customized privacy practices for client. Support in implementing requirements of privacy regulations through development of privacy framework, conducting DPIAs and delivering roadmap for implementation of requirements. Support in conducting implementation and maintenance for various module of One Trust such as Assessment Automation, Data Subject Access Rights, Data Mapping, and Cookie Compliance. Awareness of organizational policies, and privacy and security best practices. Conducting As-Is assessment of existing security practices

Key Responsibilities

Understand the existing security controls and review the adequacy against the industry leading practices • Basis the understanding of As-Is implementation, assist client in developing To-Be state in line with industry best practices • Perform service ideation and support in re-designing the existing risk management process • Develop or enhance existing risk management framework • Define the initial questionnaire to determine the criticality of new project / program and as per the criticality, identify the applicable security controls Ensure compliance with the internal privacy policy and guidelines

Skill Requirements

• Creating One Trust related use cases, UAT test cases and presentations for management meetings and DPO team meetings.
• Implementation of One Trust modules such as Assessment Automation, Data Mapping, Data Subject Access Rights, Data Redaction and Consent as per the instruction received from DPO team • Identify, Perform and Test the monthly changes HCL data privacy team performed various assessments , handled data subject requests, created questionnaires, added new vendors

Other Requirements

Configuration of templates, workflows, and risks in the PIA/DPIA module Addressing errors and ensuring smooth operation of the PIA/DPIA module Linking assessments to inventory records Configuring attributes, personal data, and inventory records (e.g., processing activities, assets) in the data mapping module Managing data subject types, data categories, and classifications Creating and managing relationships between inventory records Customizing system attributes and creating custom attributes to align with organizational needs Creating custom roles with specific permissions Generating reports and dashboards Managing user access and permissions Setting up and customizing web forms for DSAR requests and workflows
