About the role

Job Summary

This position entails leading the technical aspects associated with Canvas (Power) Apps, focusing on driving innovation and delivering high-quality solutions to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the development and implementation of canvas (power) apps projects from inception to completion.

  2. Design and architect innovative solutions using canvas (power) apps to address business requirements.

  3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment of canvas (power) apps solutions with overall technical and business strategies.

  4. Provide technical guidance and expertise to junior team members in the use of canvas (power) apps.

  5. Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of canvas (power) apps projects to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.

  6. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in canvas (power) apps technology to continuously enhance technical capabilities.

Skill Requirements

  1. Proficient in developing canvas (power) apps solutions for various business requirements.

  2. Strong knowledge of microsoft power platform, specifically canvas apps.

  3. Experience in designing and implementing complex workflows and data integrations using canvas (power) apps.

  4. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to canvas (power) apps effectively.

  5. Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively lead technical teams and collaborate with stakeholders.

  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address technical challenges efficiently.

  7. Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions using canvas (power) apps within project timelines.

Other Requirements

JD:

  • Power BI Platform Support & issues resolution activities.

  • Provide resolution within the agreed SLAs.

  • Co-ordinate with Help Desk and concerned tkAT Teams

  • Participate in the technical discussions with the team.

  • Participate in platform operations support activities & coordination activities as appropriate.

  • Prepare/review/Update KEDB, SOPs, Technical & Functional Documents

  • Follow Service Operations Manual procedures.

  • Manage tk

AT Security & Compliance:

  • Regular backup of Power BI platform/data

  • Business continuity planning & testing

  • Manage the data sources & connections, data gateways

  • Enablement of collaboration features (sharing, co-authoring, workflow automation)

  • User adoption programs, training, and knowledge transfer

  • Execution of approved changes to Power BI platform configurations and services

  • Pre- and post-change validation and rollback procedures

  • Audit logging, reporting, and support for regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)

  • 24/7 monitoring and management of Power Platform environments

  • Incident detection, response, and resolution for service issues

  • Patch management, feature updates, and release management of Power BI platform

Routine health checks and maintenance of Power BI environment
