Track Manager - Fortinet, Palo Alto Firewall

Job Summary

Owns vulnerability remediation across Fortinet platforms in the indirect-exposure tier, with partial automation already in place. Operates within the 7-day SLA.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage and remediate Fortinet vulnerabilities on indirect-tier assets within 7-day SLA.
• Maintain and extend existing automation for Fortinet patching.
• Coordinate with the exposed-Fortinet team on shared advisories.
• Document patterns and feed Phase 2 automation backlog.

Skill Requirements

• Strong FortiOS administration.
• Familiarity with Forti Manager-driven patching at scale.
• Comfortable with automation scripts (Python, Ansible).

Other Requirements

• Fortinet NSE 4 or higher.
• Cross-platform exposure (Fortinet + Cisco) is an advantage.
