Job Summary
Service-engineering owner for the 3D printer fleet at Eindhoven. Drives uptime, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of printer hardware, software and process.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily follow-up of 3D printer fleet performance and uptime.
- Troubleshoot printer hardware, software and process issues with the service team.
- Analyze printer performance and trends; report findings.
- Support roll-out of newly released R&D functionality and test cycles.
- Participate in new 3D printer installations and upgrades.
- Evaluate and propose improved maintenance strategies.
