Key Responsibilities

1. Provide strategic leadership for solution design, development, and delivery across multiple business domains.
2. Define and drive the organization’s solution roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and emerging technologies.
3. Oversee end-to-end solution lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
4. Collaborate with executive leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and value creation.
5. Establish governance frameworks, best practices, and quality standards for solution architecture and implementation.
6. Manage large, complex programs and ensure timely delivery within budget while mitigating risks.
