Senior Project Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master (Manager level)with strong exposure to API-based projects. The candidate will lead Agile teams, drive sprint execution, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality API solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams working on API development projects

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)

• Ensure smooth execution and delivery of API-based applications/services

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders for backlog prioritization

• Identify and remove impediments/blockers impacting the team

• Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices within the team

• Track and report project progress, sprint metrics, and delivery status

• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Support release planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach

• Hands-on exposure to API development projects (REST/SOAP)

• Good understanding of microservices architecture

• Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally

• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple teams or large-scale Agile projects

• Certifications such as:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

• SAFe Scrum Master / SAFe Agilist

• Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines

• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
