Job Summary
UX Lead
A highly experienced UX Lead will be responsible for driving the end-to-end user experience strategy for the DKV Corporate portal. The role will focus on shaping intuitive, efficient, and scalable experiences for HR administrators and company users managing employee lifecycle, contracts, and invoicing, while ensuring alignment with business goals, technical architecture, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
· Lead the UX lifecycle across discovery, design, validation, and delivery phases
· Define UX vision aligned with HR workflows such as affiliation, employee updates, terminations, and invoicing
· Collaborate with business, IT, API teams, and underwriting stakeholders to ensure aligned outcomes
· Oversee journey mapping and experience design for data-heavy, workflow-driven use cases
· Define and track UX performance metrics including task success rate, completion time, error rates, SUS, and NPS
· Establish and manage usability testing frameworks, incorporating insights into design improvements
· Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and multilingual requirements.
· Drive design governance, ensure consistency across modules, and support decision-making across teams
Skill Requirements
Requirements:
· 10–12 years of experience in UX strategy and enterprise product design
· Strong experience in designing complex, data-driven applications and workflows
· Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in enterprise environments
· Experience in usability testing methodologies and UX performance measurement
· Familiarity with accessibility standards, multilingual design, and regulatory environments
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
