About the role

Job Summary

Owns the relationship with SG application and infrastructure owners. Manages the change-window calendar, pre-clears surge windows, and runs the stakeholder coordination cadence that protects remediation throughput.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a forward calendar of approved change windows by domain and application.
  • Coordinate with SG application owners and the CAB for non-standard or surge changes.
  • Negotiate pre-cleared windows for KEV / actively exploited CVE response.
  • Facilitate joint runbook development between HCLTech engineers and SG owners.
  • Track and report on change-related blockers in weekly service reviews.

Skill Requirements

  • Strong familiarity with banking change-management frameworks.
  • Stakeholder management across infrastructure, application and business teams.
  • Hands-on ticketing experience (Service Now or equivalent).

Other Requirements

  • Native or working-proficient French.
  • Prior experience inside a Tier-1 European bank's IT operations.
