Job Summary

Perform application repackaging, packages customizations and scripting for multiple customers meeting the requirements of Shared Services Concept • Troubleshooting and working as 3rd line support for packages related incidents and problem • Providing proposals and solutions to business requirements • Capability for ensuring that the work done complies with given specifications and customer quality requirements
