We are seeking a Solution Principal, Anthropic Ecosystem to act as a hands-on deep-tech leader supporting the Distinguished Engineer and the MSAB pillar. This role will design and build advanced agentic workflows, MCP/tool integrations, orchestration patterns, and reusable technical components for Digital Employees.

The Solution Principal will convert advanced architecture into deployable reference implementations that FDE teams can use in client environments and GTM teams can position commercially. The role requires strong technical depth, hands-on engineering capability, and the ability to translate Anthropic ecosystem capabilities into reusable, field-ready solutions.

  • Design and build advanced agentic workflows using Claude, MCP tools, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise integration patterns.

  • Create reusable reference implementations that FDE teams can deploy and GTM teams can position with clients.

  • Build MCP/tool integrations across enterprise systems, APIs, data sources, knowledge bases, workflow platforms, and business applications.

  • Develop reusable Digital Employee components such as task planners, tool routers, memory patterns, approval flows, escalation logic, and domain-specific workflows.

  • Support the Distinguished Engineer in defining and validating MSAB platform patterns, reusable assets, and reference architectures.

  • Contribute to agentic orchestration patterns, including multi-agent coordination, human-in-the-loop workflows, tool-use governance, and exception handling.

  • Support eval design, eval harnesses, observability patterns, system reliability, and performance tuning for agentic solutions.

  • Create technical blueprints, demo assets, prototype workflows, implementation guides, and reusable code components.

  • Partner with FDE teams to package solutions for repeatable client deployment.

  • Partner with GTM teams to provide technical narratives, demo support, and solution feasibility inputs.

Skill Requirements

  • Experience with Anthropic, Claude, MCP, Agentic AI, Digital Employees, or enterprise AI assistants.

  • Experience building multi-agent systems, tool-using agents, workflow agents, copilots, or autonomous business process solutions.

  • Experience with Python, TypeScript, APIs, cloud-native development, orchestration frameworks, vector databases, RAG, and enterprise data platforms.

  • Exposure to AI evaluation frameworks, model benchmarking, red-teaming, quality gates, and responsible AI practices.

  • Experience in consulting, systems integration, SaaS, cloud, enterprise platform, or AI transformation environments.

  • Experience supporting client demos, POCs, pilots, and production deployments.

  • Experience working with partner engineering teams or strategic technology alliances.
