Test Specialist - Cloud ETL, DW Automation

Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous UI &ETL QA Tester with 5 to 7+ years of experience, strong** SQL skills,**UI Manual front end testing knowledge and experience in ETL testing to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness throughout our data transformation processes. This role demands flexibility in working hours to facilitate effective communication with developers and project teams across various time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute UI Front end manual test cases to validate the functionalities of the software.

• Design, develop, and execute ETL test cases to validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.

• Write and execute complex SQL queries to perform data validation and back-end testing.

• Identify, report, and track defects systematically.

• Participate in project meetings and be available for discussions in US EST working hours as needed

• Clarify requirements when necessary and ensure comprehensive coverage of all requirements in the testing process.

Skill Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must-have: Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in writing and optimizing complex queries

• Familiarity with data warehouses concept.

• Knowledgeof Python.

• Experience in ETL Testing: Understanding of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

• Experience with SQL DBMS Tools: Knowledge of database management systems such as Oracle, Denodo,** Azure Databricks**, SQL Server.

• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and Defect Tracking Tools: Familiarity with Agile development processes and proficiency in using defect tracking tools like JIRA.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in Cloud Testing, Automation Testing, or ETL/DW automation would be a plus.
