Job Summary

Role Overview\r\n We are looking for a Junior Monitoring Expert with foundational knowledge of PRTG & Grafana (as optional) to support monitoring operations, sensor management, data onboarding, alerting, dashboards, and system health checks\r\n

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities \r\nPRTG Monitoring Operations \r\n Configure and maintain sensors for servers, networks, applications, cloud services. \r\n Troubleshoot sensor issues and optimize configurations. \r\n Maintain alert rules, thresholds, and escalation paths. \r\n Build dashboards, maps, and reports using PRTG and Grafana. \r\n Provide monitoring insights for RCA.\r\n Deploy and manage Core & Remote Probes (2nd priority)\r\n Integrate PRTG data into Grafana; Grafana & Visualization (2nd priority)\r\n Required Skills \r\n Experience with PRTG and Grafana\r\n Basic understanding of networks, servers, cloud \r\n Ability to write scripts (PowerShell/Python)\r\n
