Track Manager - Wireless Networking

Job Summary

Responsible for network operations support for LAN and WAN. Responsible for LLD and HLD creation as per customer requirements for new network changes. Produce periodic reports about the network activities, network performance and capacity. Design and Troubleshooting of LAN/WAN(SDWAN) networks worldwide(Datacenter and Remote Site’s environment). Responsible for RCA. Responsible for Life Cycle management. Lead the different projects to maximize utilization and customer satisfaction. Handling Escalation of LAN and Cisco SDWAN infrastructure. Responsible for Wireless Infrastructure. Responsible to provide support in case of P2/P3 situation with respect to LAN/WAN/Wireless and SDWAN
