Senior Technical Consultant

Job Summary

• Administer and configure SAP Solution Manager functionalities.

• Monitor and maintain the health of SAP systems using Solution Manager.

• Implement and manage Change Control Management (ChaRM).

• Conduct system diagnostics and performance tuning.

• Integrate SAP Solution Manager with other SAP and non-SAP systems.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Solution Manager issues.

• Create and maintain documentation for configuration and operational procedures.

• Collaborate with other IT teams and business units to align SAP Solution Manager capabilities with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Manager to SAP Cloud ALM transition and implementation.

• Health Monitoring & Integration Monitoring

• Real User Monitoring (RUM)

• Deployment & Operations scenarios

• Set up alerting concepts and notification channels

• Enable project and task management for implementation scenarios

• Drive automation and one-touch monitoring setup

• Support customers in Cloud ALM adoption and best practices
